10 IDEX participants in the project "Supporting the Pilot Implementation of the National Network of Digital Manufacturing Laboratories (Fab-Lab) Peru (MINEDU)" prepare sustainability and change management plans
Within the framework of the EPE-AP-B.08.02 project "Supporting the Pilot Implementation of the National Network of Digital Manufacturing Laboratories (Fab-Lab) Peru (MINEDU)", 121 teachers belonging to 25 institutes that implement the Excellence Model , developed their integrating projects as a result of applying a training program, led by Humber, which consists of up to 60 hours of virtual training with synchronous and asynchronous sessions.
After a strict evaluation, 10 IDEX who excelled in said training program were identified, with the purpose of participating in a workshop to carry out a sustainability and change management plan, which is an important pillar in the implementation of the Fab-Labs in each institute.
It becomes necessary to think about the sustainability of the system and the efficient use of the equipment so that they benefit not only the educational institution but also the students, industry and the region, fostering a culture of learning and anchoring new teaching approaches. By the end of March, the final versions of this important innovation management tool will be available.
